Selection criteria
OASIS is a programme providing guidance to entrepreneurs in difficulty, helping them take the necessary steps to turn things around or close the company, through the provision of strategic, technical and emotional support.
- Be facing a difficulty that puts the company at risk, e.g. lack of cash flow, conflict between partners, burn-out, lack of motivation
- Have 5 jobs or more that need to be saved
- Respect the founding values of the network: people, reciprocity and free support
- Be committed to the programme and receptive to those providing their support
The program

The first step consists of meeting the entrepreneur who is experiencing difficulty to identify their needs and define the type of support that they would require.

Depending on the needs identified during the diagnosis phase, the entrepreneur will meet different entrepreneurs and technical experts

Organization of collective activities around the difficulties encountered by entrepreneurs

More than 100 activities are organized throughout the year to best meet the needs of our entrepreneurs

Diagnosis of the situation
By 2-3 experienced members and a support coach to establish an action plan

Support
Weekly support for 3 months and meetings with experts based on the mentee’s technical needs

Closing committee
Decide whether to STOP or CONTINUE, and then guide the company towards the most appropriate structure
